This stuff is crazy and really does work. I had to experience "minty" eyedrops in order to fully understand. They burn for a minute then your eyes feel great and you feel more awake. I did not think something like this would work but hey stranger things have happened so I took the plunge.

When I received this product I was anxious to try it. I did, as I always do, check the ingredients list. One needs to be cautious with what they put in their eyes. I noticed a few other reviewers also wondered about the ingredients. This being highly rated, and a Japanese product, encouraged me to buy. I reviewed the ingredients and here are my results. *Neostigine methryl sulfate (00.005%) This product is not approved by the FDA for use in the eyes, but in looking at products from other Asian countries it is commonly used, and this is a very low dosage. It is a muscle stimulant and is used in pill form to treat myasthenia gravis which in the eyes causes drooping eyelids. Taurine (1.0%) is used in other eye drops. It affects the central nervous system, thus would stimulate the nerves of the eyes. It is also used to treat herpes conjunctivitis which is a very dangerous and difficult to tread condition. The Potassium L-aspertate (1.0%) helps with muscle health. The Tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride (0.05%) is used in almost all U.S. eye drop products to "get the red out." The E-aminocaproic acid (1.9%)is a protein amino acid. I only found it used in other Asian eye products. My feeling is that these eye drops are safe as all these compounds are in small amounts. I personally am using the drops only in my right eye for four weeks to see if there is truly a difference. I will be seeing my ophthalmologist at that time and see if he can tell a difference between my left and right eyes. I do like the feeling of these drops and my right eye seems a little more clear. I will report back after my visit with my doctor.

I was first introduced to these eyedrops by a friend visiting Japan. The first time I tried these eye drops I was able to see into the future. What was I doing in the future? Ordering these same eye drops again on Amazon because they're so awesome. That, and I was playing video games. Some things never change.
