I was having issues with my eyes as far as irritation and redness so I did a little research and found that this herb is not just for sight but for good eye health in general. I began taking this herb and I must say that I have noticed some improvement. My eyes are far less runny and irritated and the amount of redness has really cleared up. I'm not even completely through the whole bottle yet and already see results. I think I will continue with this herb since I've not heard of any known adverse side affects. Also just FYI, I do an external treatment as well, I use Similasan irritated eye relief drops and a boric acid eye irrigating solution and these work great as well. If you don't allow yourself to be scared off by the words "boric acid" and you are having eye problems such as mine, give this a try. I think it will help you.
