I realized I wasnt getting enough A&D in my diet after reading a few "health" books and then taking a look at what I actually ingested on a daily routine. I tried this along with two other companies A&D products. One of the others was all synthetic ingredients and the last was much larger pills (although the same potency?) and some of the softgels were all broken and smashed inside the bottle, pretty nasty stuff! These have worked great for what I needed, no complaints- and I bought my next 3 bottles from the companies actual website where I saved a fair amount of coin.upon further reading I found that this mixture was good topical too, So I broke open a softgel and dripped it into my face moisturizer along with some softgel coQ10. Feel good so far!
