I took one of these a day for a while, and can't say that I noticed a big difference, though everything I read verifies that the contents are essential to protect eyesight. Then I started taking two a day, and noticed very quickly that I was no longer bothered by oncoming headlights at night! The change was obvious and remarkable! So now I'm a big fan. Their Inflamma Shield (mostly Ginger) is also very effective, and even more obviously so, as it can take away my low-back ache in a matter of minutes. Inflammation is toxic to the body in so many ways, and Inflamma Shield works even more dramatically than Eye Shield.

It's hard to tell if it works... I'm 40 and I have 20/20 vision. I could start to see that my vision was not as good as it was, but still 20/20... Since it is important for my work, I decided to do something about it. After reading about it a lot, I went with a supplement and chose Eye Shield. It is easy to take and seems to work. So I will continue to take it.

I've been using this for a couple of months. My eyes are watery in the a.m. when I first get up, and the eye vitamins help with that. I've always had weak eyes. They feel a little stronger too.
