Color Conflict

FYI.....I too was hesitant about ordering these Obagi serums off the internet due to all of the comments about the color being off...I did it anyway. I can tell you this, mine is always clear when I order form Amazon. I did notice that when I stopped using it and let it sit in my drawer for months it DID turn yellow. I thought hmmmmmmmm when I noticed this....Maybe the dermotologist offices have a slower rate of turnover than Amazon on their products OR is sits exposed in a display cabinet to the lights in the office and gets old and turns yellow.....So to the nay sayers, if you are worried about the color keep it in a drawer for several months and forget about it and it'll turn nice and yellow I promise : ) This is great stuff. I have ordered bottle after bottle in various strengths. It's a fact that vitimin c AND retinoid products change colors with age, when exposed to air and light........

Expired Date!

This product was not clear in color which is a must for freshness! It expired the month I received it, this is a 6 month supply. Will not be purchaseing this product from this supplier for Amazon again. It was a great price, guess that is because it was expiring. Sad I wasn't given an option. Chose not to send back cause felt it may not arrive at place of purchase prior to the 30 days.

Brighter, healthier skin

I began using this product because the face center that I went to for a facial recommended this Obagi Pro-C Serum 10%. I bought the first bottle from them and I am now on my third bottle. I like the way it makes my skin feel and the way it looks.

The best option for "treating" or delaying macular degeneration

Macular degeneeration is not a lot of fun. I have lost central vision in one eye and am legally blind in that eye. My other eye has signs of degeneration. My only options were injections in that eye in addition to taking these vitamins (I smoke) and hope for the best. Since the injections have done what they can, these vitamins are the only treatment availableI don't know the findings of the most current study but when I began taking them, as I recall, it had been found that these vitamins were effective for approximately 30% of the study subjects who had taken them. (The findings may have changed with more current studies.)

When I received the product I was looking for something to work fast on cataracts. This isn't it. I still continued taking the product even when my sight wasn't getting any better. Besides I bought 4 bottles. At first I was doing the drops 4 times a day for the first 4 months. Then dropped down to morning and night after that. So after taking this since April of 2010 till November 2010, I have notice improvement. One eye was just starting to get a slight fog over it and now it is gone. Hurray!!!! The right eye was a lot worse then the other, even though it has improved. The color was all distorted when I started and a fog over the eye. Right now the color is back (Hurray) even though the fog is still their. I will continue this product, due to the improvement even if it is slow but on going. Not an over night improvement that everyone wants. Still worth it for those who want to wait or the doctor says your not bad enough for the operation. Remember those cataracts didn't just come in overnight and won't leave overnight either. I can understand those people who want to have an overnight improvement. I did too!It does take a while to get use to the drops because it does cause a little discomfort for a few seconds when you put them in your eye. Remember to follow the directions on the thing. Use a sterile needle when you open the bottle top. Don't make the hole to big or you will be hurting for certain.Good Luck to those who try this. Hope it works a little faster then me.

Amazing I can see again

I have been using this product for over a year now and it has cleared up my cataract problem in my left eye. The doctors were quick to recommend the operation but I wanted to find a natural way. I checked and rechecked the ingredients and the safety aspect of this product. Please give it a chance and see if it works for you.If you check around,you can get it cheaper than Amazon.

It really works!

6 months ago the eye doctor told me that the cataract in my left eye (first diagnosed about 20 years ago) was not operable for several reasons, the main being the high risk of retinal detachment because of my progressive myopia, even though it had begun to cause problems with my vision to the extent that I wanted to do something about it. At that time they refrected me and my vision in that eye was about 20/50 and 20/25 in my right eye (which has the start of a cateract). I started using these drops the same week, two drops twice a day in my left eye since i felt that the only thing I had to lose was money and if they worked (about which I was a bit skeptical) it was the only option I really had.I just returned from the eye doctor and my vision in my left eye has improved to 20/30. This is in 6 months time I was amazed and so was the doctor. His response was "Your eyes are getting younger." He had never heard of N-acetyl carnosine eye drops but said to continue them since the drops appeard to be working. He said that the cataract had not gotten any worse since the last visit.I though that my vision had improved but did not want to review the drops until I had some type of confirmation from the doctor.They really do work! I don't know just how much more improvement I will get (I still have problems with glare and ghost images in my left eye but not as bad) but I will continue to use themas long as I continue to see improvement in my vision!I am also starting them in my right eye to see if that new cateract can be stopped in it's tracks before it gets as bad as the one in my other eye.I do notice that the Brite Eyes III drops do cause occasional stinging but I think that is because I keep them in the refrigerator. If I let then stand and warm up to room temperature they do not sting.

I love the way this product makes your eyes feel tightened as if you have a mask on just after you apply. I have seen my dark eye circles lighten in just a few week. The only minus is that it does have a slight tingly burn while its drying but it goes away as soon as it dries, also the cap causes too much to come out at once so be careful when you push the pump you dont want to waste too much as I have too many times because of the pump! If you want to decrease puffiness and dark circles this is the product!

My absolute favorite moisturizer!

I've been using this for several months now. One bottle lasts me almost a month and I use it every morning on my entire face. Two pumps, and it's enough to soothe, nourish, and moisturize my skin. My skin looks remarkably young for my age and just yesterday a woman was commenting on my beautiful porcelain skin. No one believes I'm in my forties. Believe it or not, I had terrible skin all the way until my mid 30's and since using this serum I swear my skin has reversed it's aging process and looks young & smooth. I also use Yes To Blueberries Intensive Skin Repair Serum, 1-Fluid Ounce at night and at least once a week use Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay - 2 lbs mask with vinegar. I highly recommend this regimen along with mineral make up for very clear, flawless looking skin.

I had been using another brand eye gel. It worked fine, however, the crows feet were still there. I found 40 Carrots Eye Gel on the amazon website. I bought it, and now I can see an improvement where by crows feet use to be. They've smoothed out a little more. Just a little bit goes a long way. I use it in the morning and before I go to sleep at night. I tap on (not stretch) the eye gel below my brows to where the crows feet appeared and little below my eye. I am very pleased with this product. I gave it 4 stars as there is no miracle that comes in a jar or gel.
