I've been slowly switching out my beauty products for more healthy options, and I selected this eyeliner based on the rating on ewg.org. I'm a bare basics makeup girl, wearing only eyeliner and mascara, so keep that in mind when reading this review.This eyeliner is harder for someone like me to put on. You need to purchase an application brush and mix the product with water to get a wet liner. I was used to the eyeliner pencil, so it takes me longer to get ready and I have more "oops" moments where I smear it or make the liner too thick. However, I found great instructions on Larenim's website (they suggested using the lid of the container to mix the water and powder together), and watched a youtube tutorial as well. I assume I will get faster over time, but for now my morning routine takes longer. I love it on the top lid, I haven't quite mastered a good application on my bottom lash line.It lasts really well but also comes off easily at the end of the day. Towards the end of a very long day I sometimes get slight raccoon eyes, but I think that was true with my old makeup too.End result: it's a little more pain to deal with, but worth it to know that the ingredients aren't harmful.
