Usually with vitamins I don't notice any improvements in my body. However this product created a noticeable improvement in my eyes. After swallowing just one purple fruity tasting softgel, I began experiencing changes in my vision a few hours later. The grass and trees in my backyard seemed greener and colors appeared more vivd to me. I thought it was a placebo effect or something so I did some research on the ingredients to make sure I wasn't just seeing things. Apparently a published article in the Journal of Food Science claimed that 10mg of lutein and 2mg of zeaxanthin everyday improved visual performance and decreased light sensitivity. This particular ICaps vitamin contains exactly that amount of lutein and zeaxanthin so it would seem my improvement in vision wasn't just a placebo. I also find myself reaching for my sunglasses less and less because I can tolerate the sunlight better when I'm driving now.Although I can read smaller words easier now because my color vision has improved, they are still blurry. So these vitamins will not improve your eyesight and you will need new glasses for that. However the most significant improvement in my eyes I have experienced so far is an improvement in my dry eyes. I no longer wake up with dry and burning eyes, and I can wear contact lenses without using eye drops now. I believe the Omega-3 fatty acids in this vitamin are responsible for this life changing turn of events. It is clear that Icaps has done its research and created a high quality eye vitamin based on scientific findings. I will definitely continue buying these every month to maintain my eye health.

I had eye surgery 5 years ago and since that time have suffered from severely dry eyes. I also work in front of a computer for 14+ hours a day and had been noticing my eyes getting extremely tired by the end of the day. My opthamologist recommend I try a vitamin that contained Lutein as well as Zeaxanthin and Omega-3. Icaps Lutein and Omega-3 were the only ones I could find with those ingredients that didn't require taking multiple pills per day. The price gave me pause at first but I decided to try it. Very glad that I did! I noticed a difference the very first day. Since I started taking them I haven't found myself squinting to read text at the end of the day. I have also not needed to resort to lubricating eye drops since I started taking them. I am currently on my 3rd bottle. I did have a problem with 1 bottle containing exploded pills but I just contacted Amazon and they shipped out a replacement and provided a label to ship the problem bottle back with. If this happens to you, try not to get the contents on anything as the smell just won't wash off. Despite that, I feel they are worth every penny. Give them a try and you will be amazed that a vitamin can produce such a noticeable result so quickly.

I could not say which multi-vitamin will work for someone else but my optomitrist first gave me a sample pack of these, stating they are good for maintaining a specific mineral that the eye needs. So I decide4d to continue taking them. I found this vitamin to be easy to take with no side effects such as stomach ache or hot flashes or itchy skin as can happen with some supplements I've heard about.
