I was so pleased to find this product. As advertised, they taste good, and they have (if taken twice a day)as much lutein and zeazanthin as I was getting from horrible tasting capsules and pills that I had to chew.Due to a congenital esophageal anomaly I cannot swallow anything larger than a standard aspirin tablet. I wasrecently diagnosed with the onset of macular degeneration and advised by my doctor to take supplemental luteinand zeazanthin. These were the answer to my problem. As a bonus they contain a moderate amount of zinc, but notenough to cause stomach upset as some of the other supplements I tried did.

I need to take a supplement to prevent the progression of my macular degeneration, but I can't take the pills. Even when I tried the "soft gel" kind I needed to bite into them and swallow the nasty-tasting liquid. These solve my problem. They are super easy to take. However, these are not easy to find. Many stores, including online ones, have the brand but not for vision. As usual, Amazon had just what I needed!!

I was happy to find sugar free gummy vitamins. I hate swallowing large pills. The problem with these is that they taste good...LOL. I don't have any sugar free gummy bears around and I keep craving these darned things. Unfortunately 2 of them have a whopping 5000 IU of vitamin A, so eating them like candy is not a good idea. ;-> I'm on Amazon today looking for some of their other gummies without vitamins I have to worry about maxing out on.
